Excavation with Sub-Grade Preparation
Excavation to a depth of 15inch removing all weeds and grass roots. Creating a slope of 4inch from the centre line towards the lower end ensuring extreme care for a correct slope of 1inch in every 12feet Wetting and compaction by 8 to 10 ton roller to achieve 95percent proctor density
Anti-Termite with Weed Control
Carryout anti termite and de weeding treatment on the total area by making 9inch deep holes spaced 12inch apart injecting the chemicals and spraying the surface
Sub Base with Rigid Concrete Base
Providing and laying a Water Bound Macadam WBM layer followed by a heavy duty highly durable M20 grade cement concrete base 1 to 1 to 5 to 3 The concrete base must be laid exactly 5 inches thick and properly levelled with the mandated slope
Steel Reinforcement
Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more. (Recalculated proportionally for 532 SQM).
Multilayer Cushioned Synthetic Surface
Providing and Laying an ITF oblique FIVB approved 9 layer synthetic acrylic cushion system Includes primer resurfacer heavy rubber cushion layers fine rubber cushion layers texture coat and UV resistant non fading colour finish Playing area to be marked with 5cm wide white lines as per international standards
Volleyball Net and Posts
Standard heavy-duty MS movable posts (2.55m height) with wire tightening mechanisms. Includes official 10x1m net with 10cm square black mesh and fiberglass antennas
Galvanized Steel Referee Chair
Galvanized steel referee chair of 2.4 meter height and 0.8 meter width
Chain Link Fencing
Providing and erecting 15feet height MS Chain link fencing of 2.8mm wire thickness 50x50mm mesh. Supported by 2inch Dia vertical MS Pipes erected 10feet center to center and 1inch horizontal pipes fitted at 2 places. Painted with Zinc rich PU Primer and two coats of enamel paint.
Flood Lighting with Structural Canopy Support Columns
Four heavy duty, load bearing MS steel columns extended to minimum 7 meters oblique 23 ft clearance to support canopy wind oblique weight loads. Integrated LED lighting system designed to explicitly deliver 1500 lux at 1 meter above the playing surface. Includes necessary 15mm 2core wire, insulated boxes, and MCB switches.
Overhead Canopy Cover Rugged Green Fibre
Providing and erecting a highly durable, waterproof, and UV resistant rugged green fibre roof covering the 28m x 19m platform, structurally integrated onto the lighting columns Item 9.
