Legal Entity * Company should either be a registered company under Companies Act,1956/2013 * Registered with the GST Authorities * Should have been operating for the last five years
The Firm/Company should be in the businesses Implementing Agency for at least 5 years as of 31stMarch2021
The responding firm shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices.
The Net Worth of the responding firm must be positive as per the last audited Balance Sheet.
