• Certifications and test reports: UL/CE per IEC 61010-1, EMC/EMI IEC 61326-1, NABL/ILAC accredited test data, compliance documents
• Environmental and power: operating temperature, humidity, power supply, spare parts availability for minimum years
• Warranty and training: onsite training duration, spares availability period, warranty terms, and service support

• Scope of supply: complete package including installation, testing, commissioning, and operator training with statutory clearances
