Eligibility Criteria

1

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

2

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder should be registered KPWD Contractor in the required class and registered under labour department (FORM-C)

Each of the documents uploaded to the KPPP should be self-attested by the agency or an Authorized representative in case of firm / company shall be enclosed

List of Employees details shall be enclosed, Employees should be of age minimum 18 years and Maximum age limit should be 60 years

Tenderer who are found as non-payee of wages & statutory payments such as EPF & ESI in Any past worked offices from any source are liable to be directly rejected without any notice

If there is more than one number of eligible L1 bidders then bidder selection will be done by lottery process at Division office level and the decision of the tender inviting authority is Final in this regard at the time of financial evaluation

Irrespective of estimated cost, rates and contract value, It is the responsibility of the Successful bidder to pay the minimum wages and applicable VDA to the labours every month without delay at rates notified by the labour department time to time, even in the time when grants releases from Government or CNNL gets delayed

The Estimated rates and amount put to tender are exclusive of service charges. Hence intending bidders should quote service charges as a positive tender Premium

Since the estimated rates and amount put to tender are exclusive of service charges, bids with negative (-%) tender premium will not be accepted

The Executive Engineer reserves the right to select the staff/labour proposed by the Successful bidder and shall also have right to ask for replacement at any time during the contract period

Payment of the employee should be made on or before 7th day of every month and the tenderer Should give 3 bill receipts in which one is given to the employee two should be submitted for the payment of concerned office

14

Any lapses regarding the payment to the labour, the agency will be seriously reviewed and Action will be initiated for termination of contract and also the lapses will be brought to the Notice of labour department for further necessary legal action as per the provisions of labour rules

15
