The Contractor belonging to the CAT-1 should upload the domicile certificate of Karnataka for more than ten years.

The Contractor belonging to the CAT-1 should upload the Caste certificate of the respective caste issued by the competent authority. If the Contractor is a firm, then all the partners or members of the firm shall belong to the Scheduled Cast as the case may be. Should upload the individual Scheduled Cast Certificate

The annual turnover of intending bidder shall be equal to the amount put to tender that is Rs 100.00 Lakhs in any one financial years during the last 5 years that is from 2021 22 to 2025 26 in all Classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only. The audit Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant duly showing with UDIN along with income tax return should be uploaded for details Refer tender document

The intending bidder should have minimum quantity of items in any one financial year in Previous five financial years that is 2021 2022 to 2025 26 for which the necessary certificate issued by the officers not below the rank of EE shall be uploaded that is 50percent of item quantity for details refer tender doc

The Tender should have liquid assets or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount i.e Rs.30.00 Lakhs Credit lines / letter of credit / certificated from banks for meeting the funds requirements etc in Annexure-I enclosed to the Notification

The selected bidder should produce MDP Copy while submitting the Bill from the Competitive Authority authorized by the Mines and Geology Department of Karnataka 5 times of royalty amount 40percentag of extra amount of royalty amount and 10percentage of royalty amount deducted towards of Mines Department in the absence MDP. As per Govt order Ltr No. M and GD DCB 2023 24 Dt 07.11.2023
