A BIS license is mandatory; bids may be rejected for missing certificates. Additional required certificates, if any, will be specified in the bid document and ATC. Ensure all submitted certificates are current and verifiable.

The purchaser may modify quantity by ±25% at contracted rates. Delivery periods adjust using the specified formula, maintaining a minimum 30-day extension. Ensure production planning accounts for possible scope expansion or reduction.
