Procurement Opportunity: Supply of 100ml and 50ml Ghee pet jars on biannual rate contract basis to Mega Dairy, Mymul in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder should be abide as per the terms & condition attached documents.

The bidder should quote the rate with inclusive of all taxes, Freight, Packing & Forwarding, and Insurance etc

Manufacturer / authorized dealer certificate for particular tender should be attached as per our format attached in tender documents

The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without giving any reasons

The EMD amount mentioned in the tender document need to be paid compulsorily and MSME Certificate or any other certificates are not considered for EMD exemption

In case of artwork change in ghee pet jars before the completion of tender duration i.e, 2 years, the tenderer must supply according to the changed artwork
