Supply of hot dip galvanized 5 meter nominal length octagonal pole with 130 mm bottom, 70 mm top, 3 mm section thickness, as required

Assembling, installation testing and commissioning of 3 or 5 Mtr. height G.I. octagonal pole, welding of MS plate at bottom, fixing G.I. socket with suitable bolts at top, as required.

ITC of Light fitting on street light pole bracket including wiring with 3C X 1.5sqmm flexible FR PVC copper cable including connection, providing & fixing of 6-32A SP MCB C series,as required.

Supply of 3.5 x 50 sqmm, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed aluminimum multi stranded conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade confiring to IS 7908 (part I) with upto date amendements etc as required.

Suppling and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper/aluminium lugs according to the cable for 4 x 25/16 sqmm (32/28 mm) aluminimum cable. size for PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured copper/ aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories, required.63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 4 x 25/16 sq. mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing and fixing of advance technology earth electrode earthing system fabricated from hot deep galvanized pipes (pipe in pipe technology) & conforming to (IS, 3043, 1987) duly CPRI or ERDA approved all as required & as specified for Size, Length of electrode 2.5 Mtr

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

SITC of Feeder panel (Size 300mm X 600mm X 170mm) with following, 1) 32A 4P MCB as Incommer - 01 No, 2) Digital time switch - 1no (Austrominical Timer), 3) Contactor MCX(3Pole) - 1 sets, 4) Input and output terminal block, 5)16A DP MCBs as outgoung - 01 Nos, Power and Control wiring between incomming MCB, time switch, contactor and output terminals complete as required for operation of street light circuits.

Erection of high mast of size upto 18.0 meter with following works, (i) Designing the best suitable lighting scheme with the help of software Agi32 or better. (ii) Making foundation at location as suggested in designing scheme(point no.etc.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of medium intensity LED type aviation obstruction light luminair with lamp, fixtures, mounting clamp, nut bolt etc. complete as required (Make-intertek or equivalent )type test certificate to be provided before supply, all test reports confirming to photometry 4C requirement, frangibility test report as per ICAO annex 14 and DGCA CAR etc)
