It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
The Firm shall have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 6000 lakhs in each of the last five years. Documentary proof in the form of attested balance sheet for last 5 years (From 2021-22 to 2025-26) shall be submitted.
Consultancy Firm as a sole (without JV) must have successfully completed Detailed Project Report of at least 1 (One) Water Supply Project with RCC Ground Level Reservoir in last 10 years of total cost not less than Rs.6000 Lakhs.
The scope of the projects includes preparation of DPR, Design, Cost Estimates, Drawings of RCC Ground level reservoir for Water Supply Project through competitive Bidding in India (Furnish copy performance certificate issued by the Owner/Employer not below the rank of Executive engineer)
At least 1 (One) Water Supply Project with One project of Sludge Handling System for WTP in last 10 years of total cost not less than Rs.6000 Lakhs in each of them.
The Consultancy firm as a sole (without JV) should have experience in preparation of DPR, Design, Cost estimates, Drawings etc. of at least one RCC Ground Level Reservoir for water supply having capacity of at least 24 ML in last 10 years.
