Tender Notice for Road Sweeping by using latest Mechanical Road Sweeping Machines 4Nos including Operations and Maintenance with dust holding capacity of section not less than 5 cubic meter and required no of tipper trucks including manpower, fuel, maintenance and all consumables, for sweeping length of 160 km of roads within Bengaluru South City Corporation limits on per-kilometre payment basis (Package -2) in Zone-2 of BSCC in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Maximum of three members can form consortium Experience of a JV/Consortium. Each member to have more than 30% shareholding in the JV/Consortium and will need to continue holding the same for the entire duration of the tender. Lead member shall have not less than 40% of shareholding (Refer Annexure A-3 and A-4)
