A Pre-bid meeting will be held in Purchase conference hall, CECRI, Karaikudi 630 003, below with all prospective bidders on 10.07.2026 timings 11.30 A.M (IST) onwards. Bidders are encouraged to submit their inquiries via email, which will be addressed during the pre-bid conference. Responses will be reflected in the REVISED NIT and subsequently uploaded to the GEM portal. All prospective bidders are mandatorily requested to 1. Register their names, email id of all the prospective persons in their organization who wish to join in the meeting to [email protected] mail. Persons who converse well in English are requested to attend the meeting. Further it is also requested that only the required persons attend the same so as not to clutter the meeting platform. 2. Kindly submit your queries by email, if any to the mail address indicated above so as to reach the SPO, CECRI, Karaikudi (Designated Officer) latest by 09.07.2026 (9.00 AM)
