The vendor must provide a warranty of 24 months from the date of successful commissioning/installation at the NSPCL lab/site. This clause is mandatory and supported by appropriate documentation and post-warranty support terms in the techno-commercial bid.

The purchaser may increase or decrease quantity by up to 25% of bid quantity at contract placement and during the currency. Delivery time adjusts proportionally: (increased quantity ÷ original quantity) × original delivery period, minimum 30 days, with potential extension within original period.

Estimated value for the complete assembly packages is ₹261,567.88. The scope includes HOT AIR OVEN, MUFFEL FURNACE, and HUMIDITY CHAMBER complete assemblies, with related QA documents, warranties, and vendor-code requirements.

Bidders must determine applicable GST; reimbursement will be at actuals or the lower rate, subject to the quoted GST percentage. Ensure GST compliance and proper invoicing as per consignee GSTIN requirements.
