he Committee of Engineer-in-Chief's(R&B) has finalized the Specifications and Tender conditions to be adopted in respect of Road Safety Intervention works. The Committee has recommended the following guide lines.

The procurement of RSI items shall be taken up Sub-Division/Division/District wise depending on the necessity duly clubbing the RSI provisions sanctioned in various estimates. L.S. provisions towards these items shall be incorporated in the road work estimates depending on the necessity.

The work of Supplying, Fixing & Painting to HM&KM stones, Culvert numbering and information of the CD works is to be included under RSI.

To invite bids of RSI under one unit including the work of Supplying, Fixing & Painting to HM&KM stones, Culvert numbering and information of the CD works The Superintending Engineers& Executive Engineers are requested to adopt the Specifications and the Tender conditions as circulated now for all the works under Road Safety Interventions. This supersedes the earlier circular
