Supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor type 315 KVA,11KV/433 volts, 3 phase , 50 Hz, step down , Delta / Star connected (DYN 11), neutral earthed, copper wound ,core type, double wound, oil immersed, ONAN cooled transformer having Level 2 Energy Efficiency with OCTC (+) 10% to (-)10% in step of 2.5% of variation of HV, with automatic Remote tape changer panel including oil conservator, explosion vent, 150 mm dial type themometer for indicating winding & oil temparature fitted in a marshalling box, silica-gel breather ,Buchholz relay complete with weather proof cable end termination box on HT side suitable for termination of armoured cable of size upto 3 core 300 sq.mm on HT side, end termination box on LT side terminations of armoured cables, standard fitting and accessories , including first fill of filtered dehydrated oil etc. complete as per IS 1180, Level-2 as per specification enclosed. Job Includes, Dismantling 02 nos. of existing 250kVA transformers including all necessary connection and moving them within a distance of 100m safely and handing them over to AAI dismantle store as per directions of EIC.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Indoor type thyristor switched APFC panel consist of thyristors , intelligent APFC controller, thyristor firing modules, self current limiting coil complete with controls for automatic power factor improvement of capacitor bank(s) suitable for operation on 415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply and to maintain the p.f. upto 0.99 lagging. Fabricated from CRCA sheet steel enclosure made out of 2mm thick sheet steel with a common earth bus bar at rear with 2 Nos earth Studs at both the ends, cable alleys, 3 mm thick cable gland plates, extended rotary handles, 6 inch Fans with Filter for cooling etc. complete as required as per specification enclosed with the following equiped switch gears and accessories. Job Includes, Dismantling 01 nos. of existing APFC panel including all necessary connection and moving them within a distance of 100m safely and handing them over to AAI dismantle store as per directions of EIC. Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (a) Up to 120 sq.mm.

supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required (a) 3 x 95 sq.mm.

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required (a) 3 x 95 sq.mm.

Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a) 63 mm dia (OD - 63 mm & ID - 51 mm nominal )

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1 to 2 to 4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc including form work etc as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm Copper strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of copper/gunmetal nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm.)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm Copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing & fixing size 200 mm x 150 mm size 11kV High Voltage level indicating danger plates made of mild steel at least 2 mm thick & vitreous enamelled white on both sides & with inscriptions of voltage level danger red colour on front side as read.
