Audited balance sheet and profit and loss statement of the firm certified by Chartered Accountant for having achieved minimum annual turnover of Rs.10.00 Crore in each of one consecutive year during the past three financial years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025

Self-declaration of tenderers stating that the firm is not blacklisted by PSU or Government bodies.Any wrong declaration will make the tenderer to be criminally prosecuted.
Site Visit Letter from concerned Mine Manager for certifying site/mine visit has to be uploaded.
Status of the firm Scanned copies of supporting documents should be uploaded. i. Individual / proprietary - Firm registration certificate/GST in the name of the firm, ii. Partnership firm - Partnership deed / Registration Certificate of the firm, iii. Private / Public Limited Company Certificate of Incorporation
Tenderer details in Annexure-1 duly filled and signed
Tenderer should have experience in mechanized mining in executing the Drilling work, Excavation work of minimum 3,00,000 MTs of Dolomite Ore/ Lime Stone/ Iron Ore minerals in an open cast mine in any one year during the past 4 years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025,Refer Page No 18 of tender document for the format regarding the submission of work experience certificate.
The present and previous contractors worked/working with KSMCL required to submit NOC for participating in this tender issued by Competent Authority of KSMCL
Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
