Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable air termination rod of any type and any size complete.

Supply and fix Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on aluminium strip for earth conductivity to ground , complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and Fix test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze, size 75 X 75 X 25 mm , drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia. 25 mm long hexagonal head screws including MS box 2 mm thick of suitable size for protection of test point terminal , complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required for 20x3 copper strip using porcelain clit/post insulators, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brazing /gas welding for existing copper/GI earthing strip joints by removing nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing, 40 mm bore, light grade with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to wall including taking down of existing pipes and removal from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix High density polythelene pipes (HDPE) 40mm dia for insulation of earth strip from building at entry points incl taking out old u/s pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1 3 6 type C 1 using 20mm graded aggregate for PCC for mounting GI pipe of lightening conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less rhan 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth plate surrounded by alternative layer of charcoal dust and salt with thickness of 150 mm to a packed thickness of 150 mm on all sides with and including necessary excavation earth work returing filling in and removal of surplus soil upto 50 m including galvanised iron Strip 25x4 mm bolted and reverted to earth plate at one end and connected to continuous GI strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20 mm dia medium grade watering pipe with all fittings from top edge of earth plate upto 2400 mm above ground level fixed and including 25x 3 mm GI clamp bolts nuts and washer, funnel, wiremesh, PCC (1 3 6) type C1 earthing pit, 75 mm thick RCC cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 100 c/c both ways including taking out old unserviceable earthing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. (ii) Testing to be carried out by the contractor, entered in the eath testing register, prepared and to be maintained by the contractor & submited to department. (iii) T&P and testing instrument(Earth tester) to be provided by the contractor at own cost. (iv) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of GI Strip upto a distance of 7.5 metres from the earth plate. Strip required beyond the length shall be measured and paid separately

Supply & installation of advance encasulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free,pipe in pipe technology upgrated (Zinc & Alloy Coated),Zinc Coated (80 100) micron with pure Zinc (99.9%) & alloy coating (200 250) microns.Earthing sysrem confirming IS 3043.The outer & inner pipe should be 76.2 mm & 41.9 mm dia.3mtrs lenght,zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the terminal.The annular space between the pipes being filled up with compact fill(CF)(crystalline conductive compound).The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by Baron Electrodite back fill compound(Ground enhancer),the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material /metal having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab.The earth pit should be provided with FRP or EPCC earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals.In areas where soil condition is bad,Good earth i.e.black cotton or moistures normal soil is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the arranged soil with BFC 2 4 bags electrodite BFC for installation of earth electrodes.As the earth electrodes is the main component of the earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provides a Etc.
