Bids are Invited For Supplying of Loaders, Drivers, Helpers and Autotippers on Outsource Basis for Solid Waste Management in Thattaguppe Villages under Tharalu Gram Panchayath in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Tenderer should quote rate inclusive of GST

Bidders should abide to all the Terms and Conditions attached

The Tender Processing Fee shall not be refundable

Before Quoting the rates tenderer should read the bid document carefully

Local Suppliers are prefered for the purpose of service and Maintainance

Bidder should attend pre bid meeting to get clear scope of the project if fails bidder will be not considered in technical bid

Bidder must have MOU With Garbage disposal Plant

The bidder shall mandatorily upload valid labour licence/certificate and detailed vehicle documents including Registration Certificate (RC), insurance, fitness certificate, and other statutory documents as specified in the tender.

In case the bidder does not possess own vehicles, the bidder shall submit a valid vehicle rental/lease agreement for a minimum period of one (1) year along with notarized copies of Registration Certificate (RC), insurance, and fitness certificate.

The bidder shall not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government / Semi-Government / PSU / Local Authority. A notarized affidavit to this effect shall be mandatorily uploaded along with the technical bid

The bidder shall unconditionally accept all the Special Conditions of Contract and submit a duly signed and notarized affidavit confirming the same

The bidder shall mandatorily submit the affidavit strictly as per the format enclosed in the tender document / addendum. No alteration, omission, or change in the prescribed format shall be permitted. Submission of affidavit in any other format shall be treated as non-responsive and the bid shall be rejected at the technical evaluation stage

Non-compliance with any of the above conditions shall lead to rejection of the bid during technical evaluation

Suppression of facts or submission of false information shall lead to rejection of the bid and may result in termination of contract and legal action as per applicable rules

The successful bidder shall continue to provide service as per the work order and instructions of the department without interruption, even in the event of delayed payments.In case the bidder fails to maintain the required supply as stipulated, such failure shall be treated as a breach of contract, and the Security Deposit (SD) shall be liable for forfeiture, either in part or in full, as decided by the department.

Payment for the service obtained shall be made subject to the availability of funds with the department. The successful bidder shall not claim any interest or compensation for delay in payment arising due to non-availability of funds
