Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The contractor shall ensure daily collection and transportation of waste from the designated locations within Grama Panchayat to the authorized dumping yard without interruption.
The approximate quantity of waste to be transported is up to 15 tonnes per day.
The contractor shall deploy sufficient vehicles for proper transportation of waste. No additional payment shall be made for deploying additional vehicles.
The contractor shall provide vehicles daily without interruption for transportation of waste .Failure to provide vehicles on any day shall be treated as non-performance of the contract
The contractor shall ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition with valid registration, insurance, permits and pollution certificates.
The contractor shall ensure that waste is transported without spillage on roads. Any spillage shall be immediately cleaned by the contractor at their own cost.
The contractor shall transport and dispose the waste only at the authorized dumping yard / processing facility approved by the competent authority.
The contractor shall enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the authorized dumping yard operator and submit a copy to the Grama Panchayat before commencement of the work.
All expenses related to fuel, drivers, vehicle maintenance, labour, dumping charges, insurance and other operational costs shall be borne by the contractor. No additional cost shall be paid by the Grama Panchayat.
The contractor shall follow all instructions issued by the Grama Panchayat regarding routes, timing, quantity and disposal location.
The contractor shall comply with Solid Waste Management Rules and other applicable Government regulations.
In case of failure to perform the work properly or violation of tender conditions, the Grama Panchayat reserves the right to impose penalties, terminate the contract and forfeit the EMD/Security Deposit as per rules.
The decision of the Grama Panchayat shall be final and binding in all matters related to execution of the work.
The Grama Panchayat reserves the right to inspect vehicles, verify transportation operations and monitor dumping activities at any time during the contract period.
The contractor shall be solely responsible for any accident, damage, injury, or loss caused during the transportation of waste. The Grama Panchayat shall not be liable for any claims, compensation, or legal liabilities arising out of such incidents. All liabilities shall be borne by the contractor
The bidder shall submit a duly notarized affidavit in the prescribed format stating that he/she has read and agreed to all the terms and conditions of the tender. The scanned copy of the affidavit shall be uploaded along with the bid documents in the KPPP portal. Failure to upload the affidavit shall result in rejection of the bid
The bidder shall deploy vehicles for transportation of waste which are either registered in the name of the bidder or supported by a valid MOU/lease agreement with the vehicle owner. The bidder shall upload the RC copy of the vehicle and the MOU/lease agreement as proof during bid submission. Failure to submit the required documents shall result in rejection of the bid
