• Delivery/Options: Quantity may increase up to 25% of original bid quantity during contract; delivery period aligned to last delivery order date with minimum 30 days extension

• Risk: MUNPL may procure if supplier fails to supply acceptable quality (risk purchase) if timelines are not met
