Invitation to Bid - Supply of 7TR Precision package AC units,ITC of Precision PAC units,SITC of 15.9 mm dia. hard drawn in HYDERABAD, TELANGANA

Sub Head -I Supply of factory assembled, factory tested Microprocessor controlled 7 TR Sensible Cooling capacity, Air cooled Precision package AC units suitable to work on 415V, 3Ph ,50Hz AC Supply having downward/upward flow/ discharge with EC motor for evaporator blower, with scroll compressor, working on R 407C/R 410A gas, comprising of indoor and outdoor units with all components i/c supply of controls, interlocking, electrical accessories (SPP for all the three phase motors), voltage and current indications and sequential controls and communication port with suitable protocol to suit BMS compatibility, air cooled condenser with fans each directly driven by motors having a matching heat rejection duty with heat rejection coils constructed from copper tubes with expanded aluminium fins, MCBs, safety valves, pressure releasing valve, providing data communication cable between units, Water leak detection sensor shall also be provided with each unit. Also precision package units shall operate in load sharing / sequential mode when connected in a group, run hour equalization., etc complete as per the detailed specification enclosed including packing, transportation to site, freight and insurance etc., as per detailed specifications attached. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning including vaccumization and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for PAC system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications complete as required a 15.9 mm dia. OD Hard drawn with tube thickness 1.2 mm with 19 mm thick insulation

Supplying and Laying of 1.1kV grade, PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed 1.1kV grade copper conductor armoured cable of 2 x 2.5 Sqmm size conforming to IS 1554 Part-I 1964 on the existing MS cable tray / on wall surface with suitable size clamps/saddles/ties, i/c end termination of cables with glands/lugs etc as required.

Sub Head -III Providing and fixing 40 mm dia. nominal bore FRLS, HMS High Mechanical Stress, CPVC pipe from outlet socket of HPAC unit complete with CPVC fittings and clamps including cutting and making good the walls etc. complete as required.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required. a) 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Supplying and Fixing of 25mmx3mm GI Strip on surface of tray for extension of earth from MV Panel to indoor units in the existing cable tray, including necessary clamping, etc as reqd.

Providing, Making and Fixing of flexible Double Layer canvas with necessary opening with double side zip for measuring the S.A temperature and connection, etc., completely as required.
