Eligibility of registered contractors: 1) Contractors are eligible as per G.O Ms. No. 21, dated: 13-04-2017 issued by Govt. of Telangana. 2) Electrical contractors Electrical Grade A or B License. 3) PAN allotment reference. 4) GST registration. 5) The tenderer who have quoted more than 25 percentage less over ECV has to upload the DD towards ASD, the DD should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC. If the tenderer who ever quoted less below 25 percentage of ECV should upload the undertaking letter. 6) Contractor has to submit Consent letter for taking responsibility for any kind of electrical incidents, and arrange the sufficient number of electricians for attending the faults, during the entire contract period. 7) The illumination light fixtures should not be fixed directly on the iron fencing of the monument. 8) To see that no damage is caused to the monument during the above period. 9) No permanent / temporary fixtures should be used while carrying out the work. Usage of nails, etc., is not allowed. 10) The temporary lighting should be removed immediately after the completion of the event. 11) Men and material shifting & placing should be as per the field officers decision. 12) The Tenderer who have quoted more than 25 percentage less of the ECV, has to upload the DD towards ASD, the DD should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC (The tenderer should submit correct ASD percentage amount (equal or greater than) must be uploaded. If not, the Agency will be rejected and action will be initiated on the Agency for further Tenders 13)Contractor has to submit single D.D from concern agency only. If not, the Agency will be rejected 14)Even though the tender meet the above qualification criteria , they are subject to be disqualified if they have made misleading or false representation in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements : and /or record of proof performance such as abandoning the works, not properly completing the contract inordinate delays in completion , litigation history or financial failure etc. 15)The bidder should upload required documents only as per tender conditions if uploaded un necessary documents. the agency will be rejected. 16)Verification Protocols: The Contractor shall produce detailed verification protocols for all citizen participants. Verification shall include either physical verification or video call verification, supported by valid identity proof issued by any Government authority. 17)Third-Party Engagement: The Contractor shall engage independent and credible third-party agencies to carry out the verification and social audit processes to ensure transparency and authenticity. 18)Penalties for Manipulation: In the event that any manipulation, falsification, or irregularity is detected in the social audit or verification process at any stage, suitable penalties shall be imposed on the Contractor, which may include blacklisting and other actions as deemed appropriate by the Competent Authority. 19) The Successful Bidder shall ensure that all temporary / decorative lights are switched OFF before 06:00 AM every day without fail. If any light is found glowing during daytime, it will be treated as day burning and penalty shall be imposed. The penalty amount shall be deducted from the contractor’s work bill. Repeated violations will attract further action as per tender conditions.
