Bidders must submit signed ATC and Drawing Document, GA drawing as per DRG. NO. PTD/OL/97-59, ITEM-3, and comply with BSP SAP posting. Ensure 18‑month warranty, original packing, and delivery aligned to GEM orders. Include manufacturer’s GA drawings and OEM authorizations if applicable for eligibility.

Submit GST certificate, PAN, experience certificates for similar motors, financial statements, EMD/security deposit as applicable, technical bid documents, and OEM authorization. Also provide signed ATC and GA drawing, plus BOM/GA drawings as requested for evaluation.

Motor must be rated at 160KW, 415VAC, 3PH, 600RPM, with 400L capacity. Provide GA drawing per DRG. NO. PTD/OL/97-59, ITEM-3, and ensure original packing and QA inspection windows for brush and slip rings as required by ATC.

Delivery timelines must align with the GEM bid schedule; bidders should confirm the best possible delivery period and adhere to the SAP‑based post order processing. Late delivery triggers risk purchase rights with cost borne by the supplier.

Warranty is 18 months from supply or 12 months from commissioning, whichever is earlier. If performance issues arise within the warranty period, items replaced free of cost on FOR BSP Stores basis, subject to PO requirements and evaluation.

Items must be supplied in Manufacturer’s Original Packing. Ensure correct shaft end checks, terminal box on top, and inspection windows for brushes and slip rings as per ATC. GA drawings must accompany the offer for evaluation.

All post‑order activities, including material receipts, GRN, and invoice entry, must be via BSP’s SAP system. Vendors must create tracking numbers and submit invoices through the online Vendor Bill submission module linked in the BSP portal.
