Should have successfully completed in any Single work from last preceding 5 years. i.e., from 01/04/2021 onwards for any of the Govt./ Public Sector Corporate undertakings. Similar nature of building work, costing not less than Rs. 216.00 Lakh Rs. Two hundred Sixteen Lakhs Certificate of completion issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer, in case of Govt., / Public Sectors under takings.

Executed in any one financial year during last five years i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 the minimum quantities of work Reinforced Cement concrete 442.00 Cum, Mild/TMT Steel work 78703.00 Kg, Brick Masonry 154.91 Cum, M-40 RCC un-reinforced, Pavement concrete 400.00 Cum, Flooring Work 408.00 Sqm, M.S Grill 6932.00 Kg. certificate issued from the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer in case of Govt., / Public Sectors under takings

Should have achieved a Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 864.00 Lakhs Rs. Eight hundred sixty four lakh pertaining to civil works for any of 2 two financial years from last preceding Five years i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26Upload a copy of audited balance sheet and profit & loss accounts statement certified by a Chartered Accountant along with Income Tax Return Acknowledgement for respective Years.

To Qualify for award of this contract the Tenderer has to furnish Liquid assets statement or availability of credit facilities for an amount not less than Rs. 129.60 Lakhs Rs. One hundred twenty Lakh sixty thousand letter of credit issued from any nationalized Bank / Schedule bank excluding Co-operative banks in the prescribed format.
