5 Chair Dining Offrs Overall size shall be 950mm high comma 450mm wide and 450mm deep.The size of the legs shall be 40x50mm .Front and side rails shall be of size 65mm. Stiifeners of size 20mmx25mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg. 75x75x25 teak wood stopper shall be fixed with main frame and legs four nos each in every corner for the support of the cushion and seat ply.75mm thick 40 density cushion of approved foam (Kurlon sleepwell) covered with approved tapestry cloth shall be fixed over 12mm thick ply as specified in drg.Side frame of back of the chair shall be of section 40x50mm. 6 Chair Verandah The overall size of the chair shall be 455mm wide 455mm deep and 940mm high. The frame of the chair shall be of 19mm dia MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm duly powder coated. The seat and back of the chair shall be of PVC 4mm of weight not less than 1.85 kgs and grooves 90x10mm ten in nos on seat and back. One stiffener 19mm dia MS tube shall be provided in between the front legs as shown in drg. An additional support in seat and back shall be provided at centre between the seat and back duly welded for rest of PVC seat irrespective of what is shown on drg. 7 Chair writing The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated comma cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort. 120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back.PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with MS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant. 8 Chair Computer The Base pedestal assembly of chair computer shall be of dia 700mm and 1060mm high .The pedestal assembly shall be provided with injection molded in black 30% glass filled nylon. A 10.5mm dia forged bright Zinc plated MS Castor Pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors. The seat and back of the chair computer shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. 9 Charpoy IP Hard top Overall size shall be 1980mm long comma 900mm wide and 440mm high. Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 gauge MS rectangular pipe .The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx16 gauge welded to long and short rails as shown on drg.Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx16 gauge shall be provided in equidistant between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. 20 Table Dressing Gents Mirror dressing Gents shall be manufactured to the shape comma size and design as shown on drawings and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS. (b) Timber All wood work shall be Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated 1st class hard wood (Teak wood). Plywood shall be exterior grade BWR type. (c) POLISH All wood work and veneered surfaces shall be French polish. (d) Mirror and Glass Shelf Mirror and glass shelf shall be 5 mm thick flat glass. 21 Table Dressing ladies Including Stool The overall size of the table dressing shall be 1150 mm long 380 mm wide and 1700 mm high. The sides comma top comma back and front of the base unit shall be of 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board. The bottom of the side units shall be of 12 mm thick commercial plywood. The sides and back drawers shall be of 12 mm thick prelaminated MDF bottom of the drawers shall be of 6 mm thick commercial ply whereas the front of the drawers shall be of 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board. 5 mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6 mm thick plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45 mm x 35 mm. A horizontal support of size 30 mm x 20 mm shall be provided in between two vertical members. The Overall size of the stool shall be 440 mm long 350 mm wide and 425 mm high.
