Open Tender for Reconstruction of bridge on Doddabyana-Hothanakatte road at ch.8.50km near Doddabyana in Shikaripura taluk Shivamogga District (Reserved for CAT-II(A)) in KARNATAKA

The Tender should have a valid KPWD Registered Class-III and Above contractor.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2a achieved in at least One financial year a Minimum Financial Turn over of Rs.78.47 Lakhs, in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant / Authority with UDIN number

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2 b satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least any Construction work of value not less than Rs.19.62 lakhs work done Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer

The Tenderer should have executed in any one financial year in the last five years i.e.2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 3.2.c the following minimum quantities of work. 1.1. Earthwork excavation /Embankment/Sub grade-844.00 M3 2.PCC/RCC-210.00 M3 3.TMT Steel-17.00 Tonne workdone Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer

Each tenderer should further demonstrate. 3.3.b.liquid assets and or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs. 23.54 Lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

The tenderer shall upload the scanned copy of the current Category IIA Certificate issued in the prescribed format by the Competent Authority, from concerned Revenue Department through e-procurement portal along with the tender.

The tenderer shall upload the scanned copy of the Domicile Certificate for having been residing in the Karnataka State for not less than 10 years, issued by the Competent Authority from concerned Revenue Department through e-procurement portal along with the tender.

Statement indicating the A.Existig commitments and ongoing works, B.Details of works for which tenders are already submitted . The statements should furnished as per statement 1.5 A, B of Section 3 of Qualification information in Standard Bid document.

GST Declaration Certificate

EMD for Rs. 78,500/- shall be paid through KPPP and the Balance of Rs.0.00 lakhs by Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank or demand draft/bankers cheque/specified small savings instruments online/ or offline modes of e-payment. bidder should upload the scanned Copy of such original document issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank IN KPPP. The bidder has to submit the uploaded original Bank guarantee or other documents which described above before entering the agreement if awarded.
