To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as construction of retaining wall/protection work and road improvements work of value not less than Rs.121.21 Lakhs.

Quantitywise Work Done Certificate

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs.484.84 Lakhs with UDIN number

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 80.81 Lakhs Credit lines or letter of credit or certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. LOC or Letter of Credit should be in prescribed format as per KW-4 Bid Document. if not attached then the tender will not be accepted

The Tenderer should be a PWD Registered Class II & Above contractor

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years
