Tender Notice for Construction of Bridge on Nerlagunte-Thimmapaiahnahally Road Near Jambaiahnahatty in Molkalmuru Constituency of Challakere Taluk, Chitradurga District in KARNATAKA

The Tender should have a valid KPWD Registered Class-III and Above contractor.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2 a achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 320.73 Lakhs, in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant / Authority with UDIN number

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2 b satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction of Bridge work of value not less than Rs. 80.18 lakhs. Work done Certificate issued by competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer

The Tenderer should have executed in any one year in the last five years i.e.2021-22 to 2025-26 3.2 c the following minimum quantities of work 1. EWE / Embankment/ Subgrade - 2051.39 m3 2. PCC/RCC - 761.53 m3 3. TMT Steel - 38.13 t Work done Certificate issued by competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer.

Each tenderer should further demonstrate 3.3 b liquid assets and / or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs.48.11 Lakhs Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,

EMD for Rs. 100000.00 shall be paid through KPPP and the Balance of Rs.140600.00 by Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank or demand draft/bankers cheque/specified small savings instruments online/ or offline modes of e-payment. bidder should upload the scanned Copy of such original document issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank IN KPPP. The bidder has to submit the uploaded original Bank guarantee or other documents which described above before entering the agreement if awarded.

Statement 3.6 indicating the A Existing commitments and ongoing works, B Details of works for which tenders are already submitted. The statements should furnished as per statement 1.5 A,B of Section 3 of Qualification information in Standard Bid document.
