Bidder should be a manufacturer/authorized dealer/Supplier of C.R.I. Pumps
If Bidder is authorized dealer, should furnish valid authorizationletter/Certificate from manufacturer of the C.R.I.Pumps.
If Bidder is supplier, should furnish authorization letter/Certificate from manufacturer of the subject materials (make:C.R.I pumps) duly incorporating the tender notice details.
In case the bidder fails to furnish the authorization letter/certificate from the manufacturer of C.R.I. Pumps:
The bid shall be considered for regular supplier to TGENCO/Govt./PSU,subject to the satisfactory performance of recently executed POs related to supply of C.R.I.Pumps and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO.
The bidder shall furnish undertaking to produce interchangeability certificate and Guarantee certificate from the OEM. Otherwise, the bid shall be liable for rejection.
Copies of executed orders (or) performancecertificate issued within the last 5 years(FY2021-2022,2022-2023,2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026) or latest forsupply of similarPumps/Motors of reputed make, to power utilities/Govt. organizations/Public Sector under taking organizations/ reputed private organizations, clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date and description of the materia
The bidder shall furnish the detailed specifications of the offered material along with make, model and relevant product literature/catalogue and quality certifications, if any, conforming with the tender specifications.
All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.
The company shall declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt department/PSU due to any reason.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED (a)All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions. (b)The company shall declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt department/PSU due to any reason. Note: i)TGGENCO reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of the bidder who quotes the payment terms other than TGGENCO's standard payment terms. ii)If any irregularities or lapses observed in previous tenders/supplies to TGGENCO or if the tenderer/bidder was blacklisted for any of the reason in TGGENCO/any other Govt. organizations, TGGENCO will reject the tender of such tenderer at any stage and it solely depends on TGGENCO’s discretion. iii)Conditional offers will not be accepted and liable for rejection. iv)The genuineness of the authorization certificate and executed orders/performance certificates shall be verified directly from the concerned issuing authority/ offices, if needed. v)Prices shall be quoted taking into consideration of unloading of material at YTPS Site/stores. vi)Offers that do not cover the complete scope will be rejected, since the tender was floated on Tender wise category. vii)If any bidder fails to upload previous orders by oversight, the bid shall be considered as a special case if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO, subject to the satisfactory performance of executed POs and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO. and all other remaining terms and conditions are as per the Tender Document.
