EMD required is ₹72,000. Submit a valid bid security instrument as per tender terms; ensure the amount is clearly referenced in the bid submission and is refundable as per norms.

Scope includes Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ISI-marked ceiling cassette AC units, with site readiness and acceptance testing in Madhya Pradesh.

Bidder must avoid liquidation, show three-year turnover adequacy, and provide OEM turnover data. OEM must have three-year average turnover and supply ability for ISI/BBEEE compliant products with market life lasting at least 3 years.

Contract allows up to 25% increase/decrease in quantity; delivery period extends proportionally based on increased quantity, with a minimum extension of 30 days.

GST reimbursement will be on actuals or the lower of the quoted rate, subject to applicable GST rules, with bidder responsible for determining GST applicability.
