Bidder should have minimum Fifty Lakhs single AMC work order.

Bidder should have minimum Five years experience along with minimum ten lakhs work order per financial year and work done certificate.

Bidder should have minimum four service engineers with well trained by OEM

Bidder should have minimum turnover 25 Cr last three years

Bidder Should inspect all the equipment within a week after floating the tender and upload the documents in e-procurement portal.

Company Registration Certificate

EMD Payments through KPP-Portal mode.

Experience of maintaining at least 400 PCs only Desktop computers and AIO Desktops & Peripherals for one year or more than one year in Central/state Department/ministries or government undertaking

Income Tax Returns

Name of the entity or firm of the tenderer in Letter Head

Small Scale Industries Certificate

Tenderer shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka. A self-declaration must be attached on the tenderers letter pad.

The letters substantiating performance from at least three other purchasers, to whom, the similar CAMC in Desktop Computers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners and Xerox machines by the bidder in last two years, and performance are satisfactory.

The Tenderer should furnish GST Registration Certificate
