Field QC laboratory equipment certificate with proof issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

(2) Distance from last point of working reach and (3) Ownership of such plants for which the bidders are intending to bid

The Proof of Own/lease Critical Equipment should be uploaded by the Bidder /tenderer on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper. The Certificate in respect of Proof should be issued not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

In Case of Bank Guarantee, the same should be issued in favor of Superintending Engineer, PR, concerned for a period of Six Months and Should be in the Prescribed Proforma in SBD.

Proof of liquid assets in the shape of solvency certificate for the required amount not earlier than one year. The Certificate Must be in the proforma annexure - I of SBD.

Copy of Latest SARAL Form submitted to the IT Department

In case of lease or Hire of batch type HMP 100-120TPH/40-60 HMP and Critical equipment the Bidder/ Tenderer should upload lease agreement pertaining to the work/package.

Key Personnel - Graduate Engineer (Civil) - 02 Nos / Diploma Engineer (Civil) - 01 No

The bidders to upload necessary location and distance certificate from the concerned District Panchayati Raj Engineering Officers i.e. DPRE/EE PR where work site is located.

Details of EMD to PAO RangaReddy i.e. NEFT/Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank Guarantee in favour of the Regional Officer PRED Rangareddy valid for 6months

The Proof of Own or lease/Hire agreement with Batch type Hot Mix plant 100-120 TPH Within 100 Km distance from the worksite/or drum type mix plant of 40-60TPH within 70 Kms distance from the worksite should be uploaded by the Bidder /tenderer on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper. The bidders to upload necessary distance certificate from the concerned DPRE/EE, PR where worksite is located inspected
