Lugs must conform to DRAW 46148002206/01 with dimensions as near to the drawing; glands must be 1" NPT compatible for 10x1.5 SQ MM cables per TC55522/04. Dowell's or Jainson or equivalent crimping capability is required.

The contract requires a 24-month warranty from the date of receipt at BHEL HERP, covering manufacturing defects. Vendors must provide a warranty certificate along with delivery.

Delivery to BHEL HERP Stores with inspection at BHEL HERP VARANASI. Items must be securely packed in cartons to prevent transit damage.

The purchaser may increase/decrease quantity by up to 25% at contract rates. Extended delivery is calculated by (increased quantity ÷ original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days.

Crimping lugs must be produced by M/s Dowell's or M/s Jainson or equivalent reputable maker. Submission should confirm compatibility with the specified lug and gland drawings.

Bidders must determine applicable GST; reimbursement will be as actuals or at the bidder’s quoted GST rate, subject to the maximum rate quoted. Ensure GST compliance in bid submission.
