Mandating Satisfactory completion as a prime contractor, for at least one Similar nature of work to on Extent of 50 percentage of the cost of the work for all works costing up to and Rs.100 Lakhs of Building maintenance work of value not less than Rs.2.80 lakhs, in last five years i.e,2021-2022 to 2025-2026

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23 ,2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2-a achieved in at least ONE financial year an average financial turnover of Rs. 5.60 Lakhs, in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only- Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant / Authority with UDIN number

Existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next THREE months in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer District Level Officer

Contractors has to upload the EPF Registration with PAID RECEIPT OF MAY-2026

Tenderers , will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. i.e. AXNX2.5 - B as per KW-1 Document for computing the value of A and B for the last five years i.e. 2021-2022 to 2025-2026
