Contract Bidding Open For Procurement Services in MEDCHAL-MALKAJGIRI, TELANGANA

1. The participating bidders shall furnish the following (Eligibility Criteria): a) Manufacturer / Authorized dealer from manufacturing company/the valid registration certificate of Class-I (Electrical), As per G.O Ms No.94 (Electrical) Govt. of AP. Dt.1-7-2003 and Electrical Contractors Electrical Grade-A License with Dealership from Manufacturing Company. b) PAN Card. c) Registration under GST. d) The contractor / Manufacturer / Authorized dealer should have similar experience in supply and delivery of LED Street lights i.e., 50% of estimated contract value in any one financial year of the last (10) Ten financial years within the block period. The bidder should enclose experience certificates issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and countersigned by the officer of the rank of Superintending Engineer or equivalent of the OEM/ ULBs/ State / Central Government Department undertakings. (As per G.O.Ms.No.66, dt:20.04.2015) e) 1.0 % EMD drawn in favour of the Commissioner, GHMC payable at Hyderabad in the form of Online Payment/ Challan Generation. f) The tenderer who have quoted more than 25% less over ECV has to upload the DD towards ASD, the DD should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC. If the tenderer who ever quoted less below 25% of ECV should upload the undertaking letter. Undertaking Format is enclosed in the terms and conditions g) Commitment letter (L1 bidder should produce 10% Bank Guarantee at the time of concluding agreement). Format is enclosed in the terms and conditions. h) Consent Letter (The successful bidder (L1) should supply LED Street lights within 7 days from date of LOI if fails awarded work automatically get cancelled). Format is enclosed in the terms and conditions. i) L1 bidder should be submitting the Independent NABL certified LAB at the time of agreement. 2. The attested copies of the above documents have to be submitted online to the tender inviting authority before dead line for receipt of tenders 3. The documents that are uploaded online on e-market place will only be considered for bid evaluation. Any other condition regarding receipt of tenders in conventional method appearing in the tender documents may please be treated as not applicable. 4. The bidder shall authenticate the bid with his digital certificate for submitting the bid electronically on e-procurement platform and the bids not authenticated by digital certificate of the bidder will not be accepted on the e-procurement platform. (G.O.Ms.No.6, dated 28/02/2005 of IT & C Dept., Govt. of AP). 5. Tender Schedules are not transferable. 6. The tenderer will not be required to quote item wise rates but to quote clearly his willingness to supply of material including execution of work at percentage less over estimated contract value indicated in BOQ. 7. Tenderer who quoted less than 25% of the estimate rates has to be submit a D.D. for the difference between tendered amount and 75% of estimate value at the time of work order. 8. Even though the tender meets the above qualification criteria, they are subject to be disqualified if they have made misleading or false representation in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirement; and / or record of proof performance such as abandoning the works, not properly completing the contract inordinate delays in completion, litigation history or financial failure etc. 9. The following rate of progress will be required to be maintained by the contractor as minimum. Percentage of work to be completed based on the contract lump-sum amount within a period of 30 days is as follows, 1st 5 days -------25%---------------- 2nd 5 days -------75%---------------- 3rd 5 days -------100%-------------- 10. Guarantee: Two years Guarantee period for all supplied LED Street light materials.
