In Case of Bank Guarantee, the same should be issued in favor of Superintending Engineer, PR, concerned for a period of Six Months and Should be in the Prescribed Proforma in SBD

Proof of liquid assets in the shape of solvency certificate for the required amount not earlier than one year. The Certificate Must be in the proforma annexure - I of SBD

In case of lease or Hire of Batch type HMP 100-120TPH/drum type mix plant of 40-60TPH and Critical equipment the Bidder/ Tenderer should upload lease agreement pertaining to the work/package.

The Proof of Own or lease/Hire agreement with Batch type Hot Mix plant 100-120 TPH Within 100 Km distance from the worksite/or drum type mix plant of 40-60TPH within 70 Kms distance from the worksite should be uploaded by the Bidder /tenderer on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper. The bidders to upload necessary distance certificate from the concerned DPRE/EE, PR where worksite is located

The bidder should upload the Distance certificate from the concerned DPRE/EE, PR where worksite is located, shall inspect and certify with route maps on the (1) Location (2) Distance from last point of working reach and (3) Ownership of such plants for which the bidders are intending to bid
