Overall size of the Bed shall be 2050x900x500mm The framework shall be made of CRCA box sections as under Long Rails 25x65mm box section of 16 guage Short Rails 25mmx65mm box section of 16guage Frame work of Footboard and Headboard shall be 18x18mm box section of 16 guage Stiffeners 4Nos each of 25x25mm box section of 16 guage Headboard and footboard shall be made out of 18 mm thick Prelaminated Particle Board both side Teak finish laminated BWR exterior grade, conforming to IS12823 screwed to 18mm thick MS strip all as per details shown on drg Head rest and foot rest is to be supported by 65mmx25mm MS rectangular pipe of 18 guage all other MS square pipe shall be of 25mmx25mm of 18guage. The Main frame work of Foot Board and Head board shall be alongwith legs shall be made out of CRCA box section of 38mmx38mm with 16 guage. Top of the bed shall be provided with 12mm thick plywood BWR grade conforming to IS303 Hard rubber shoes to be provided to each legs All CRCA MS members shall be pre-treated with epoxy polyester powder coating Black 70 microns by 7 tank process and Oven Dried internally and externally with the following specifications Dry Film thickness more than 45 microns Salt Spray test to with stand more than 1000Hours Adhesion as per DIN 53152 standards. Pencil scratch hardness more than 2H All other items fittings and fixtures shall be as shown on drawings and as directed by GE. Mattress as shown in the drg is outside the scope of this contract.

All as shown on drawing. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak MP. Front legs shall be of 70mm x25mm in section 520mm high. Rear legs shall be of 70mm x 25mm in section slanting 185mm horizontally in the height of 490mm. Front and rear rails shall be provided below the seat joining front legs and rear legs. Front legs shall be 510mm apart and rear legs shall be 480mm apart. the top of front legs shall have wooden arms rest of 65mm x25mm in section and 610mm long made to shape as shown on drawing. The legs shall be joined by side rails of 70mm x 25mm in section teak wood . The bottom frame of seat shall be of 55mm x 20mm in section over which 3mm thick plywood commercial shall be fixed. 75mm thick foam cushion of 32 density with upholster with leatherised rexene of approved shade and texture as directed by Engineer in charge. The side frame of back rest shall be of 70mm x25mm in section joined with seat and rear leg as shown on drawing and fiixed back support of 55 mm x20mm in section fixed horizontally between side frames of back rest. 3mm thick plywood commercial shall be fixed over the wooden frame of back rest over which 50mm thick 32 density foam upholstered with leathersed rexine of approved shape and texture and quality as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge . Cushion foam upholstered with leatherised rexine shall be provided over the wooden arms as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge. All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with lacquer finish. Hard rubber PVC shoes of 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be provided to the bottom of legs with screw.

To be made of MSA tubular frame made out of 25x10mm section cantilever type powder coated 12mm thick hot pressed ply wood upholstered with fabric and molded polyurethane foam with PVC lapping all round back foam shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort. Polyurethane foam shall be molded with 40 densities. Overall dimension shall be shown on drg. Hard rubber shoes shall be provided as shown on drg.

All as shown on drawing . Overall size shall be 450mm long. 300mm wide and 380mm high . Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30mm x50mm . The legs shall be 362mm high. 5mm x 5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position. Two numbers top rails of section 20mm x40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs. The length of top rails shall be 380mm . Two numbers bottom rails of section 20mm x40mm of teak wood shall be provided conneting legs in short sides. Bottom rails shall be fixed at 100mm from the bottom of legs. Top shall be of 18mm particle board commercial with 1 Point 5mm thick plastic laminated sheet fixed over it. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided al round the top edge of table . All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish.

All as shown on drawing. The set set consist of one long piece of three seat and two small pieces of one seat each. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak MP. Legs shall be oif 70 x 35mm in section made to shape as shown on drawing. Wooden arm shall be made to shape out of 35mm x70 mm in section teak wood. Front and side rails shall be of 35mm x 100 mm in section teak wood. 40 x 40 mm in section teak wood bearers shall be provided at the bottom of seat over which 50 x 20 mm wooden battens twenty one numbes shall be fixed equally spaced in the long piece meant to seat three. back shall be made of frame of rails and styles of 70 x 35mm in section teak wood. The filling in the frame thus made shall be done with 14 numbers teak wood battens of 50 mm x 20 mm in section fixed equally spaced in the loing piece meant to seat three. 30 x 50 mm teak wood rail shall be provided between back legs to support back frame. 100 mm thick cushion of cool foam of 32 density covered with best quality tapestry cloth shall be provided at seat as directed by Engineer in charge. 100 mm thick cushion of cool foam of 32 density 530 x 500 covered with best quality tapestry cloth shall be provvided at back. Seven numbers 50 x 20 mm in section teak wood battens shall be fixed equally spaced in single piece seat. back shall be made of frame of rails and styles of 60 mm x 35 mm in section teak wood. The filling in back frame of single piece shall be done with four numebrs 50 x 20 mm in section teak wood battens. the legs and the frame shall be made for single piece seat as provided for long piece to seat three. the seat and back shall be of 100 mm thick cushion of 32 density of size 530 x 500 mm. All wood surfaces exposed to view shall be french polished with lacquer finish.

All as shown on drg. Overall size shell be 900mm long, 485m wide and 400mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak MP. Legs shall be made of 60mmx30mm in section teak wood 356mm high. Hard rubber rings PVC shoes shall be fixed to the bottom of legs with steel screws. Top of table shall be 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. It shall be provided as top of table 5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided in the visible portion of top of legs. Legs shall be joined together in short and long sides with top rails of 20mm thick and 50mm long screws, four in numbers from below the each top long rails 50mm wide and 20mm thick sriffener 430mm long shall be fixed in the center of top rails joining top long rails with dove tail joints. Side rails 40mmx20mm in section at 100mm from bottom of legs, shall be provided joining legs in short sides. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided at the all round egges to top table. Irrespective of what is shown on drawing a bottom thier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side of rails with 50mm long screws. The bottom tier shall be of 18mm thick particle board having 1 Point 5mm thick plastic laminated sheet fixed over it. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall bead provided all round the edges of bottom tier. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be frenceh polished with high gloss finish Lacquer finish. Rest all as per drg.
