Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Bidder should be a Company incorporated in India under the Companies Act /Limited Liability Partnership Act / Proprietorship firm with their registered offices in India and should be operating in IT Software and Services from at least 03 years from the date of tender publication of tender notice

The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of 1.50 Crores from the last three financial years (FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, and FY 2024-25).

The bidder should have executed a minimum of three (3) software solution projects for Government Agencies/Departments/Organizations of the Central Government, State Government, or Union Territories, each having a minimum work order value of Rs. 37.50 Lakhs.

Bidder should have executed at least 2 software projects related to welfare department in any State/Central/UT

The bidding firm should have team strength of minimum 25 people on its payroll

The Bidder should have an experience of hosting software developed by them at KSDC (Karnataka State Data Centre) server -Minimum 2 Project
