A1: To participate in the tender for the Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Electrodynamic Vibration Shaker Machine, bidders must fulfill the experience criteria outlined in the tender documentation. A6: The bid offer validity is for 120 days from the closing date of the bid, meaning offers should remain valid until around May 9, 2025.

A7: Payment terms stipulate that 70% of the product cost is payable upon delivery. Additionally, 5% of the cost is allocated for Installation Commissioning and Testing (ICT).

A8: No pre-inspection by the empanelled authority is required for this tender.

A9: MSEs can avail exemptions from experience and turnover criteria, assuming they meet the required quality and technical specifications. They must provide valid documentation to verify their MSE status.

A12: Bidders who are not selected will be notified, and feedback may be available upon request. Bid results will be published as per GeM protocols.

A13: Bidders will have 2 days allotted for technical clarifications once the bids have been evaluated.
