Invitation to Bid - Procurement Services in JAGITIAL, TELANGANA

The bidder should submit the following particulars invariably in the format specified in the tender schedules withnecessary certificates / documents and to be scanned and uploaded online on e procurement platform, failing which histender shall be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected. 1. Copy of Civil contractor registration certificate havingregistration with Government of Telangana in appropriate class required as per NIT. 2. Copy of online EMD 3. Copy of PAN card and Latest IT return documents. 4. Copy of GST Registration. 5. Copy ofdeclaration stating that the soft copies uploaded by them are genuine. 6. Annual Turnover C.A Certificate for Maximumvalue of Civil engineering works executed in its name in any one financial year during the last Ten financial years 7. BidCapacity as per formula (3AN-B) should be greater than the estimate contract value 8. Balance works and on hand worksetc of all existing Commitments i.e ongoing works, works likely to be awarded 9. Even while execution of the work, iffound that the contractor had produced false / fake certificates of experience he will be blacklisted and the contract willbe terminated and the work will be taken over invoking clause 60 (a) of PS of APSS. 10. The Tender inviting authorityreserves the right to accept or reject any tender or all tenders and to cancel the tendering process, at any time prior tothe award of contract, without hereby incurring any liability to the affected Tenderer or Tenderers or any obligation toinform the affected tenderer or tenderers of the reasons for such action. 11.
