Procurement Opportunity: Supply of 27 nos of Electrofusion Machines Including Training to 27 Gram Panchayaths of Karkala Taluk in Udupi District in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka or Government Of India or Union Territory

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

All terms and conditions as per the Tender Document

The Rates should be mentioned inclusive of all taxes Including Training Charges and GST Charges

For signing the Agreement supplier should come to office of Executive Engineer,RDWSD, Udupi Division (Stamp paper, BG through Post will not be considered).

For Specifications Refer Tender Document

The successful bidder is required to pledge 5% of the total amount as performance secutiry Deposit. Which will be returned only after obtaining satisfactory certificate from the concerned authority

Three year warranties for all machinery parts and structure. Free service including replacement of spare parts will be included with the costing for this initial 3 year period.

If Equipment failed to perform within 1year of its Commissioning 100% newly replacement of equipment to be done in free of cost

Rights are reserved to accept or to reject the Machineries / goods without assigning any reason if not met the quality and specification.

Corrigendum, Addendum, modifications, correction, if any, will be published in the website only.

Name, Proprietor/Managing Director Name, Full Address and Official Mobile Number must be submitted

The bidder should be a Company/Firm/Contractor registered with concerned authority in Karnataka and should be operating in Karnataka for the past Five years. The company/Firm/Contractor should be engaged in the business of supply, installation and maintenance of other related equipments.

The bidder shall enclose a copy Firm/ Contractor s registration certificate under the companies act 1956 / Karnataka and shops and commercial establishment act 1961 or a registered under any department of the Government for being in existence as firm the past Five (5) years. Registered /License copy of the Bidder has to be submitted.

Bidder shall furnish a proof of agency having at least a registered branch office in the State of Karnataka.

Bidders Should be Manufacturer or Authorized Dealer/Vendor/ Contractor subject to the condition of producing consent letter/authorization (Form XIII) from Manufacturer or Authorized Dealer stating that the contractor will procure the machines from Manufacturer or Authorized Dealer

the tenderer should be a Manufacturer/Authorized Dealer or Vendor/ Contractor who must have supplied the Electrofusion Machine of the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last 5 years. The goods offered for supply must be of the most recent manufactured materials incorporating the latest improvements in design

The bidder shall enclose a copy of Self Declaration accepting to execute the indented works within 45 days from the date of receipt of Work Orders.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership,etc. should be submitted

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on Material and equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the Last 5 years and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments (suggested proforma given in Section XII)

The bidder shall submit a detailed Supply plan for the 27 Gram Panchayaths of Karkala taluk of Udupi district and Training Plan along with the technical bid. (The plan shall be evaluated as part of the technical assessment).

The Supply and Training Plan shall be evaluated under technical criteria. Incomplete or vague plans may lead to reduction in marks or rejection.Bidder Must upload Capability & Support of Installation.

To Qualify for Award of This Contract bidders must be capable of supply within the period of 45 days.

Necessary arrangement & requirement for the training will be borne by the selected agency.

the training schedule and time will be notified to the selected agency after the finalization of tender.

The successful bidder shall deliver Electrofusion Machines to all 27 Gram Panchayats of karkala taluk of Udupi District and Delivery Received Acknowledgment shall be Submitted to Concerned Assistant Executive Engineers of Karkala Subdivision Office.

The successful bidder shall supply the goods to all all 27 Gram Panchayats of Karkala taluk of Udupi District. The supply, delivery, unloading, and any incidental charges shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates, and no additional payment shall be made on this account.

At any circumstances no advance payment will be given.
