Achieved the average financial turnover in last FIVE years i.e., 2021-22 TO 2025-26 for Rs.16.74 Lakhs, certified by Chartered Accountant with UDI Number. It will be Rs.8.37 Lakhs for MSMEs in last 2 years
BANKERS CERTIFICATE from Nationalized/ Scheduled bank as per SECTION XV
Past experience certificate for supply of similar items of the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements is 80percent ie Computer System 17 No, Scanner 2 No, Printer 2 No in any one of the last 5 years ie 2021-22 TO 2025-26 Work done certificate should be issued from not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent
Supplier should be OEM/authorized dealer.
Tenderer/firms/individuals registration details.
The bidder / OEM should not have been Delisted/ barred/penalized by the Government for the reasons of not fulfilling or breach of terms of the Portal as on the date of Tender submission.
The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance in proforma under Section XII
The Tenderer should have a Registered Service station/workshop in the state of buyer location and the relevant document related to this should be uploaded. The address and contact details of the authorized service Centre and the service person has to be mandatorily furnished.
Eligibility Criteria
Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
