SITC VRF Outdoor Unit of 12 HP Capacity
Supply, Transportation, Testing and Commissioning of 12 HP (Side Dischrge Cooling only) Aircooled type VRV/VRF minimum of one/Two/Three/Four Outdoor units comprising of DC scroll/DC Twin Rotary, Inverter driven compressor, Air cooled condenser operation on 410A Refrigerant gas and on 415V, 50Hz, 3 phase AC supply. The multiple compressors offered shall have independent refrigerant circuit, also shall cut off automatically in part load condition. The unit shall have microprocessor controls. The out door units shall be installed on the space alloted in the drawings and scope shall include all supports for the out door units. Units shall be factory assembled and only the refrigerant piping shall be carriedout at the site. The noise levels for the out door unit shall be less than 70db(A). The price shall include the vibration isolator, all types of outdoor units connection piping (T- Shape and Y-shape) kits, required number of outdoor Refnurt joints, in pair excluding refrigerant pipe and refregirent gas for the mentioned capacity.

Control Cabling
Supply and installation of control cabling with copper conductor cable (2 core 0.75 sqmm ) with end termination for Indoor units
Refrigerant piping
Hard Copper refrigerant piping of required size for gas suction and liquid. The piping must be supported at every 1.75m with 300mm wide GI Perforated Cable Trays in indoor ducts, shafts wherever required with proper supports, hangers from ceiling, wall as required at site and approved by consultant and duly insulated with closed cell elastomeric nitrile insulation of 19mm thick for pipes above 1 in. and 13mm thick for pipes below 1 in. as per requirement of machines. GI cover to be provided for cable tray on outdoor areas like open terrace and ducts to protect refrigerant piping and insulation. The quoted rates must include for Core Cutting, Chipping, chasing and Plastering the wall openings in cement 1 morter 6 of 15 mm thick finishing to line and level with sand facied finishing at all levels, including all leads and lifts, scaffolding, curing etc complete for Copper pipe openings in all rooms etc.

Supply and Erection of hard 32mm dia PVC condenseted drain piping for branch connections complete with 9mm thick Nitrile insulated including support and wall opening. The piping system supported at every 1.75m with 300mm wide GI Perforated Cable Tray in indoor ducts, shafts wherever required with proper supports, hangers from ceiling, wall as required at site and approved by consultant. GI cover to be provided for cable tray on outdoor areas like open terrace and ducts to protect piping.
