Bids are Invited For Procurement Services in JAYASHANKAR BHUPALPALLY, TELANGANA

Pre Qualification Bid Requirements 1.The bidder shall have experience in carrying out similar works in Govt/PSU thermal utilities of 250MW and above during the last 3 years and furnish documentary evidence. 2.The bidder should submit Satisfactory Performance certificates from previous clients for similar works. 3.Service Engineer shall have previous experience in similar work nature at BHEL /any other related OEMs. TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.Scaffolding , Lighting will be provided by TGGENCO 2.Accommodation and local transport is TGGENCO scope. 3.Necessary insurance is to be borne by the firm. 4.Time sheets for all working days including extra hours are to be submitted by the Service Engineer after completion of work. 5.All the measurements recorded during overhaul and recommendations are to be submitted in proper format. 6.Service Engineers have to supervise the work as per instructions of Engineer - in - Charge. 7.No.of days Will be calculated from the date of starting from firm's Head Office to site and return arrival to firm's Head Office inclusive of all Sunday, holidays etc. even though they have not worked. If worked below 8 hours will also be considered as one full day. 8.The working hours beyond 8 hours per day shall be considered as the overtime period 9.Overtime for normal working days shall be paid on hourly basis. 10.If worked on Sunday/holiday the payment will be made as normal working day. If not worked on Sunday/holiday no payment will be made. 11.To and Fro, conveyance charges will be given to the firm as lumpsum without producing original documents
