The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U shaped with ends covered . Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be up to full width of 485mm and shall be 100mm high Top, sides bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet . Four shelves equally spaced of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided to make five compartments. Front shutter shall two leaves of equal size .Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75mm fixed to each shutter and shall be side hung. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship. HANDLE. One chromium plated steel handle with a locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing . LOCKING DEVICE.The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate. FINISH. All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of silver grey hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine over a coat of red oxide primerafter preparation of surfaces.A mark of MES shall also be provided on top left corner of front shutter with visible colour. 2 Almirah med with shelves steel Almirah med with shelves steel. DIMENSION. Overall size shall be 1270mm high,765mm wide and 440mm deep. DESCRIPTION. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet.Front shutters shall have two leaves.All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship HANDLE. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to the shutter. LOCKING DEVICE. The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate . 3 Bed Hard 6feetx3feet with hard ply top Bed Hard 6feetx3feet with hard ply top. Overall size shall be 2050mm long, 900mm wide and 400mm high. All Steel shall be MS Square pipe of 18 Gauge. The head board shall be 800mm high and Foot board shall be 500mm high. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mmx38mm MS square pipe.18mmx18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head board frame/foot board frame as shown in drg.18mm thick both side decorative prelaminated particle board of walnut shade with PVC edging shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular pipe with standard workmanship both in head board or foot board..25mmx65mm rectangular CR pipe shall be used to make the long rails and short rails of bed hard and welding shall be done for fixing long rails to the legs irrespective of what is shown on drg.One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of headboard over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR ply of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed.All metal or iron work shall be treated with synthetic enamel black after doing two coats of metal primer.Rest all as per drg. 20 nos ageqscmbay@1 45
4 Bath Stool PVC Bath Stool PVC Shall be made up of 5mm thick PPCP material. The size of the bath mat shall be 400mm Lx300mm Wx250mm. The bath mat shall have centre leg of dia 25mm. The four legs shall be in arc shape and of size 10mmx100mm. The top of the bath mat shall have 3mmx1mm thick stiffener moulded along with the seat in single piece underneath. 5 Charpoy IP Hard Charpoy IP Hard top Overall size shall be 1980mm long, 900mm wide and 440mm high. Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 gauge MS rectangular pipe .The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx16 gauge welded to long and short rails as shown on drg.Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx16 gauge shall be provided in equidistant between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mmx25mmx16 gauge shall be provided at 150mm from ground level .12mm thick commercial plywood shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt .one nut and bolt shall also be provided at centre of each stiffeners for fixing the plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg..PVC hard rubber shoes shall be fixed at bottom of each leg. All steel surfaces shall be painted with synthetic enamel black in color before applying a coat of primer. Rest all as per drg 17 nos ageqscmbay@1 45
6 Chair Dinning Chair Dinning. Chair Dining with Seat cushioned shall be made to the shape size and design as shown on drg and as specified in particular specification and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS. i. Timber. All wood work shall be of kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated Ist class hard wood Teakwood. ii. Seat. Seat shall be 75mm thick of polyurethane foam density of 32 Kg per Cu m covered with fabric of acrylic or polyester or polypropylene and upholstered with good quality leatherised of make Sleep well or Kurl on or Coir foam as approved by GE. Plywood for seat shall be 12mm thick melamine faced pre laminated particle board bonded with phenol formaldehyde as per IS 3087 1985 exterior grade BWR type and shall be ISI marking on the edges. Exposed edges of board shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood edging and shall be fixed as specified and directed. iii. Toes. Nylon buffers shall be of best quality as approved by GE and shall be provided under each leg and fixed with 25mm long steel screws of suitable size. iv. Finishes. All wooden surfaces exposed to view. except under sides of frame and bottom of legs shall be French polished. v. All other items or fittings shall be as shown on drawing and provided as per relevant IS and trade engineering norms or pattern. 84 nos ageqscmbay@1 45
7 Chair Writing Chair Writing The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated ,cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back.PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with MS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant..Steel portion of chair shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black colour over a coat of primer.Rest all specifications are as per drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge 35 nos ageqscmbay@1 45
8 Chair Verandah CHAIRVERANDAH. All as shown or drawing. The legs on both sides of chair shall be of 20mmm dia mild steel conduit of well thickness as 1.6mm made to shape as shown on drawing. The width at bottom of legs in sides shall be 600mm at at seat portion the width shall be 405mm. The frame of legs shall be joined in front with 10mm dia mild steel rod welded to legs at 75mm below the bottom of front portion of seat. The frame of legs shall be in one piece. The seat and back rest shall be made of one piece. The width of seat between the legs shall be 460mm. The top of back rest shall be 760mm from bottom of legs. The front of seat shall be at 35mm high and back of seat shall be 300mm high from bottom of legs. Two horizontals of 20mm dia mild steel tube of wall thickness as 1.6mm shall be provided one at the rear of seat and other at bottom of back rest over which nylon cane shall be woven as shown on drawing. 3mm thick flat iron plate shall be welded at the bottom of all legs. in mat pattern or as directed by Engineer-in-charge in the seat, back and hand rest portion. PVC/hard rubber toes shall be provided to the bottom of all legs. All steel surfaces exposed to views when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Caning shall be done after the painting of chair. 22 nos ageqscmbay@1 45
9 Locker bed side steel Locker bed side steel DIMENSION. Overall size shall be 760mm long, 600mm wide and 1100mm high. DESCRIPTION. The locker shall be made of mild steel sheet 1mm thick.20 mm dia conduit pipe shall be chrome plated with wall thickness of 1.6 mm shall be fixed with side sockets. Two handles chromium plated 100mm long shall be fixed to shutters with necessary riveting . One hasp and staple 75mm long shall also be fixed to shutters with riveting.The left shutters shall be provided with 100mm long tower bolt inside at upper and lower ends also.The locker shall be provided with compartments as shown in drgs made of 1mm MS sheet. FINISH. All steel surface internally and externally, exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of green hammer paint internally and externally after properly smoothened the surface with sand paper and applying putty.A Mark of MES shall also be provided at top left corner of front shutter of visible colour. 10 Peg table Peg table DIMENSION. Overall size shall be 450mm long,300mm wide and 380mm high. DESCRIPTION. Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30mmx50mm.The legs shall be 362mm high.5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position.Two nos top rails of section 20mmx40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs.Two bottom rails of size 20mmx40mm shall be fixed between the legs .A centre stiffeners of size 20x40mm shall be provided at centre of side bottom rails for extra support irrespective of what is shown on drg.Top of table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade.4mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided alround the top edges of table. FINISH. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high lacquer finish.Rest all as per drg. 13 nos ageqscmbay@1 45
11 Recepticle PVC Recepticlae PVC. The body of receptacle PVC shall be made up of thick polymer plastic .It shall be of capacity 20 liters, provided with lid and handle as shown in drg. 28 nos ageqscmbay@1 45
12 Table bed side Table bed side. The overall size of the table bed side shall be 450mm x 450mm x 600mm from rear and 450mm x 450mm x 500mm from front as shown in drg.The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted particle board exterior grade. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg, except the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. The drawers shall be made functional on teak wood runners fixed inside the tables shown on drg.The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles .Rest all as per drg. 66 nos ageqscmbay@1 45
13 Table Centre Table Centre. DIMENSION. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm high. DESCRIPTION. All wood shall be of teak wood. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all round the edges of top.Legs shall be made out of 60mmx30mm in section teak wood and 356 mm high. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs.The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50mm long screws. The bottom tier shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of both the tops.25mm dia hard rubber or PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. The sides and back of drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF ,bottom of the drawers shall be of 6mm thick commercial ply whereas the front of the drawers shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board.5mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mmx35mm .a horizontal support of size 30mmx20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members. The Overall size of the stool shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high. Steel frame shall be of size 1160x570x742mm .four legs of 25mm mild steel tube of 1.6mm wall thickness shall be provided. Top of legs shall be joined together with 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm in long and short sides. Two short stiffeners of same size shall be provided at 130mm from bottom of legs. One long stiffener shall also be provided to the middle of short stiffeners.
