1)Eligible Class of Contractor's Registered as per G.O.Ms. No. 94, dt: 01.07.2003 & G.O.Ms.No.66, dt.20.04.2015 of I&CAD Dept., is Class V Civil & above 2) GST Registration 3) PAN card 4)EMD through online remittance or challan 5)EMD in shape of BG not accepted below Rs.50.00 lakhs 6)Tenderers shall furnish Self declaration that they have not been blacklisted in any department in Telangana and owing responsibility to the documents uploaded in online . Any wrong declaration in this regard which comes to notice at a later date will disqualify them and the Tenders so received will be rejected and the Tenderer black listed, 7) Proof of acknowledgement of Processing fee of Rs:1000/- to be paid through online to the ICICI Bank (Branch WANAPARTHY) Account No.131101000502, IFSC Code.ICIC0001311 of the DISTRICT PANCHAYAT RAJ ENGINEER PIU DIVISION WANAPARTHY

General Terms & Conditions 1) The bidder is responsible for reading all tender conditions and upload relevant documents as specified in documents to be uploaded 2) Even at the stage of execution of work, if found that the contractor had produced false / fake certificates or information, he will be black listed and the contract will be determined under clause 60 (a) of PS to APSS, 3) The successful tenderer has to pay 0.04% of estimate contract value towards e-procurement corpus fund by the way of DD in favor of MD, TSTS, Hyderabad and hand over the same to the Regional Officer Panchayati Raj, Wanaparthy at the time of conclusion of agreement. 4)The tender inviting / receiving authority reserves the right to postpone / cancel / reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever 5) the tenders received with more than the estimated rates shall be summarily rejected, 6) Negotiations are not permitted to be conducted at any level 7) The defect liability for all the works will be 24 months duly taking into account normal wear and tear from the date of completion of total work, 8) If the Office happens to be closed on account of extraordinary holiday, the date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue, 9) the tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of bid, 10) Any other details can be seen in the tender document.
