The bidder must be based in Hyderabad, Telangana, to ensure prompt service delivery, particularly in addressing any fault requirements
OEM Operated service centre 12+ years must be available in Telangana and service centres in PAN India. OEM should have a manufacturing facility in India for 7+ years to support Make in India BIS certificate with factory address in India is mandatory
