Periodical maintenance of fire hydrant and sprinkler system comprising of fire pump panel Diesel Engine Cable Pipe line hose boxes hose reels etc. incl R and M attending complaints or faults or breakdowns and taking rectification action ensuring serviceability or satisfactory working condtion of the system performing preventive maintenance as per AAI maintenance schedule or OEM recommmendations maintenance of all associated records documents etc. on all days incl sundays and holidays. This included monthly check of diesel engine by OEM or Auth. service provider and replacement of B and C check kits

Painting of following components which are exposed with approved brand of enamel paint two coats of colour -post office red- for pipe lines, hose boxes and black for valves including cleaning of the surface removal of existing paint and applying one coat of etc. as required. Double glass ground mounted hose box (Approx. area per box - 1.4 Sq. Mtr.)
