Tender Notice for Providing UHT Milk & Milk Products Transportation Service from Nandini Hitech Product Plant, Channarayapatna to different destinations within and outside Karnataka on Rate Contract Basis for a period of 02 Years.Rate per Trip shall be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges etc. in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidders are requested to upload all the relevant documents as per the tender document.

Rate per TRIP shall be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges etc.

The contractor should have minimum 03 own vehicles (10MT,16MT,21MT)

The transporter is expected to provide dedicated high deck not less than 4ft body height vehicles with long/extra long chassis able to accommodate 8000 liters for 10MTs, 11000 liters for 16MTs and 15000 liters for 21MTs capacity vehicle as per the requirement.

Tenderer shall eligible to provide 2018 year onwards registrations any two vehicles.

The contractor shall possess valid permits and/or two point permit within Karnataka and outside Karnataka state.

If in the interest of KMF/NHPP, the terms and conditions are altered, amended or revised the new terms and conditions added from time to time by mutual consent in writing even after the contract is awarded shall be binding on the contractor.

All costs consequent to violation of any statutory rules by the Contractor, such as Motor Vehicle Act, Traffic rules, Compensation payable to the driver and third parties consequent to accidents, shall be borne by the Contractor. The contractor shall comply with the provisions of the payment of wages Act 1936. Minimum wages Act 1948, the Employees liability Act 1923, Industrial Dispute Act 1947. Workmen s compensation Act 1923(VIII of 1923) and other statutory obligations prevailing from time to time.
