Registration certificate (a) Class-V GHMC (old Registration) for the works upto Rs. 10.00 Lakhs only & (new Registration) for the works upto Rs.50.00 Lakhs only (b) Other Departments Class-III & above as per G.O.Ms.No. 94 I & CAD, Dt: 01.07.03

Any bidder who quotes more than 25% less on ECV, then the bidder must pay ASD along with balance EMD through online immediatelywithout fail or else tender will be cancelled duly forfeiting 1 per cent EMD

The bidder shall upload Copy of PAN and IT returns of 2024-2025 or later certificate while submitting bids.

For the works costing Rs.5.00 lakhs and above, the bidder shall upload the Latest annual Turn over certificate duly certified by register CA (on letter head containing full details of CA i.e. address, membership number, cell no. etc.,with UDIN No.

As per the G.O.Ms.No.294 for the works costing Rs.5.00 lakhs and above, the bidder shall upload the calculation sheet of 3AN-B and details of existing commitments work on hand

The successful bidder after allotting the work has to submit balance 1.5% EMD in the form of online Challan in GHMC website.

Payments will be done as per seniority of the bid submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC.

Agencies shall not depend on payment of part bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills

For all works costing Rs. 20.00 Lakh and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance.

Violation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demotion to a lower class / suspension of business / removal from appro037ved list as per GOs in vogue.

Statement-IV showing works on hand must be uploaded by the contractors if any discrepancies found in statement-IV the contractors will be imposed ban / suspension to participate in future tenders of latest.

The bidder shall upload the GST and latest GST 3B (not older than April-2026)certificate issued by the Govt. of Telangana.
