Bidders must submit past performance evidence for similar items (CRAC, Receipted Challan, CRN), OEM authorization if not the OEM, GST registration, PAN, and financial statements. Also include technical documents proving ISI marking and IS 694 compliance, plus delivery packing details per Railways norms.

The purchaser may increase or decrease the order by up to 25% at contract placement and during currency at contracted rates. The extended delivery time is calculated as (Increased quantity / Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days.

Cables must be ISI Marked and conform to IS 694 (Q2). Provide ISI certification documentation and ensure product labeling reflects compliance with IS 694 and related Railways packaging requirements.

Scope is strictly Only supply of Goods. No installation, testing, or commissioning services are included. Bidders should price the supply and ensure packaging and delivery meet Railways norms and IS 694 conformity.

Cite PVC insulated cable for submersible pumps, ISI marking, and compliance with IS 694. Include Number of Cores and Cable Size (Sq mm) as requested in the tender data, along with packing and delivery compliance.

Delivery period will follow the original delivery order with possible extensions as per the 25% option clause. If quantity increases, the additional time equals (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days.
